This is a one day meet that we host for the 10 and under swimmers. All families are expected to volunteer to help whether they have a swimmer in the water or not. This meet is a fundraiser for our club so we need everyone's assistance to make it a success. This meet is set up in 2 sessions but is typically finished in about 5 hours. There will be a short break between sessions for the benefit of swimmers and meet workers.

Meet setup will take place Sat 2/13 during practice so please plan on staying at the pool and helping out. Following the meet on Sunday we expect all of our families to stay so we can finish cleanup....usually only about 10 minutes because everyone lends a hand.

Hospitality will need assistance in providing food for all the coaches and officials. Anyone interested in coordinating the menu and/or donating food (ie breakfast casserole, fruit, salads, dessert) please let us know.

There will also be a parade of swimmers prior to start if the meet. Anyone interested in making posters to identify each team is also asked to contact us. The theme for the meet  is "A day at the beach!"
